Contributor-level script execution via unsanitized page content
Published Feb 19, 2026 · Updated Feb 19, 2026
Cross-site scripting in 8theme XStore Core before 5.7 allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts into pages. Insufficient sanitization and output escaping preserve contributor-controlled page content for execution when a visitor loads the page; published sources identify no specific input or DOM sink. Contributor-level access and a later page view are required, exposing the visitor's browser session to injected script actions.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
