Memory corruption in Qualcomm Snapdragon Windows WLAN Host allows local users to interrupt service through a power-state IOCTL command. The host processes the IOCTL through an exposed dangerous function while the device is in power-save state, corrupting memory; Qualcomm has not disclosed the function name or precise bounds error. Low-privileged local access is required, no user interaction is needed, and Qualcomm's assessment limits the reported consequence to availability loss.
