Authenticated command execution via unsanitized SSID2G2

Command injection in Wavlink WL-WN579A3 firmware 20210219 allows remote authenticated users to execute shell commands via SSID2G2. The multi_ssid handler in /cgi-bin/wireless.cgi copies the POST parameter into a command string with sprintf and passes it to system() without neutralizing shell syntax. A valid web-management session is required; successful exploitation runs attacker-selected commands on the network appliance.
