CVE-2026-25208Network attack vector

Memory corruption via code-cache length integer overflow

Published Apr 13, 2026 · Updated Apr 13, 2026

Integer overflow in Escargot commit 97e8115ab1110bc502b4b5e4a0c689a71520d335 allows remote attackers to corrupt memory via crafted code-cache data. CodeCacheReader multiplies an untrusted element count by its element size and adds the result to its buffer index without checking for wraparound before copying data. Exploitation requires code-cache support, which is disabled by default, and attacker-controlled cache input; successful corruption can expose or alter process data or crash the host process.
