Service-account credential exposure via installer logging

Sensitive-data logging in Gallagher Command Centre service installers allows local users to obtain custom service-account credentials. The installers write supplied custom-account credentials into log files under %programdata%\Gallagher\Command Centre. Exposure requires installation with a custom service account rather than the default Network Service account and can compromise that account.
