Information disclosure via bitmap header out-of-bounds read

Out-of-bounds read in Windows GDI+ allows remote attackers to disclose process memory by supplying a crafted bitmap image. The bitmap parser trusts crafted header data and reads past the end of an allocated buffer while the GDI library processes the image. Exploitation requires an application or service to pass attacker-controlled bitmap data to GDI+; the flaw discloses data from the current process but does not modify data or interrupt service.
