CSRF bypass via incorrect Content-Type delimiter parsing

Cross-site request forgery in Qwik City before 1.12.0 allows remote attackers to submit forged forms and make unauthorized state changes. The isContentType function splits Content-Type on the literal pattern ';,' instead of ';', so multipart/form-data parameters prevent form recognition and skip the Origin check. Exploitation requires a victim to interact with attacker-controlled content while authenticated to an affected application, and resulting actions remain limited to the victim's permissions.
