Unauthenticated SQL injection via unquoted multiformid value

SQL injection in JoomSky JS Help Desk 3.0.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to read database data through the multiformid parameter. The storeTickets() function passes the user-controlled value through esc_sql() but inserts the result into an unquoted SQL expression, so payloads without quote characters retain executable SQL syntax. No authentication is required, and exploitation can append SQL to existing queries to extract sensitive database information.
