Stored XSS in Bludit 3.18.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript through an uploaded SVG image. The image upload path accepts SVG files containing active script and serves them as unauthenticated web resources without neutralizing the payload. Author, Editor, or Administrator upload rights are required, and execution occurs when a victim visits the uploaded file's URL.
