Authenticated file overwrite via unchecked ZIP paths

Relative path traversal in MarkUs before 2.9.1 allows remote authenticated users to write arbitrary files through assignment ZIP uploads. AssignmentsController#upload_config_files joins unchecked ZIP entry names to automated-test and starter-file directories before writing them. Instructor privileges are required; filesystem permissions bound the write locations, and overwriting application files enables code execution.
