Authenticated file disclosure via file-access race

Arbitrary file read in n8n before 1.123.18 or 2.0.0 through 2.4.9 allows remote authenticated users to read sensitive host files. The file-access control checks a resource before use, but a workflow can change that resource during the interval and redirect the read. Workflow creation or modification permission is required; exposed configuration data and credentials enable takeover of any account on the instance.
