Unauthenticated token disclosure via MedEx callback

Authentication bypass in OpenEMR before 8.0.0 allows remote attackers to obtain MedEx API tokens through the callback endpoint. library/MedEx/MedEx.php disables authentication and, for any supplied callback_key, performs a MedEx login and returns the complete JSON response. MedEx must be enabled; exposed bearer tokens and practice or event metadata permit unauthorized MedEx actions and disclosure of patient information.
