Provider signature forgery via unchecked portal parameters

Improper authorization in OpenEMR before 8.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to overwrite provider signatures through the patient portal. The portal/sign/lib/save-signature.php endpoint accepts type=admin-signature, forces the patient ID to zero, and uses an unchecked POST user value as the provider ID when updating or inserting the stored signature. A valid patient-portal session and an enabled portal are required; successful exploitation replaces a provider signature used on generated medical documents.
