Local code execution via unchecked ciphertext length

Stack-based buffer overflow in GnuPG before 2.5.17 allows local users to execute code via an oversized TPM-backed PKDECRYPT ciphertext. The tpm2_rsa_decrypt and tpm2_ecc_decrypt paths copy attacker-controlled ciphertext into fixed-size stack buffers without validating its length. Access to the local user's tpm2daemon Assuan socket and a loadable TPM-backed key is required; successful exploitation runs code as that user, while a failed attempt crashes the daemon.
