Message deletion via unchecked message ownership

Missing authorization in Metagauss ProfileGrid 5.9.8.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to delete arbitrary user messages. The pg_delete_msg() function accepts the attacker-controlled mid parameter and deletes the referenced message without checking ownership or deletion permission. Subscriber-level access and a valid message ID are sufficient; the bounded impact is deletion of messages belonging to any user.
