Type confusion in X-Ray Monolith before 2025.12.30 allows remote attackers to read or write arbitrary memory through Lua debug requests. In the bundled LuaJIT lj_debug_getinfo function, a debug-only api_check lets a non-function stack value reach funcV in release builds; the patch adds an unconditional tvisfunc rejection. Exploitation requires control of the value inspected with the greater-than option, while the published record does not identify the network path that supplies it.
