Incorrect authorization in OpenFGA 1.8.5 through 1.11.2 allows remote authenticated users to receive incorrect Check decisions. OrderedCombinedIterator advances with Next but fails to reload Head, leaving stale tuple data that causes incorrect traversal during policy evaluation. Reachability requires mixed public and non-public type-bound tuples, including a larger object ID for the same user and relation.
