Authenticated file read via unvalidated path

Path traversal in OpenEMR before 7.0.4 allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary server files through the FaxSMS module. EtherFaxActions::disposeDocument() passes the request's file_path value to sendFile() without authenticating the action or confining the path. Any signed-in account can reach the flaw when FaxSMS is enabled and EtherFax is configured, exposing files readable by the web server, including database credentials and patient data.
