CVE-2026-24826Network attack vector

Memory corruption via malformed Vorbis audio

Published Jan 27, 2026 · Updated Jan 27, 2026

Memory corruption in Turso3D's stb_vorbis decoder at git version 0 allows remote attackers to corrupt process memory via crafted Vorbis audio. The stale ThirdParty/STB/stb_vorbis.h copy omits upstream bounds, allocation, NULL-return, initialization, assertion, and divisor checks across seven decoder routines. Any network path that supplies attacker-controlled Vorbis data to an application built with the engine exposes crashes, out-of-bounds access, and memory corruption without authentication or user interaction.
