Information disclosure and interruption via parser over-read

Out-of-bounds read in Wicked Engine through 0.71.727 allows remote attackers to read process memory or interrupt execution via crafted Lua code. The singlevar function in WickedEngine/LUA/lparser.c passes a constant _ENV to luaK_indexed without first converting it with luaK_exp2anyregup, causing generated code to read beyond a heap buffer. Exposure requires an application built with the engine to compile attacker-controlled Lua; the consequence is limited to memory disclosure or interruption of that application.
