Authenticated RCE via disabled block execution

Code injection in Significant Gravitas AutoGPT Platform before 0.6.44 allows remote authenticated users to execute code on the backend server. The main and external block-execution endpoints resolve a block UUID but omit the disabled-flag check, allowing BlockInstallationBlock to write attacker-supplied Python into backend/blocks and load it with import(). Default self-hosted deployments permit self-registration; otherwise, an existing account is required, and successful execution compromises the backend.
