Post-login phishing via permissive external URL check

Open redirect in NocoDB before 0.301.0 allows attackers to redirect authenticated users through a crafted login URL. The redirect plugin treats any absolute HTTP(S) or protocol-relative continueAfterSignIn value as safe and passes it to external navigation without origin or domain validation. Successful exploitation requires a user to follow the crafted link and sign in, after which the attacker-controlled destination can support credential phishing without directly exposing credentials.
