Workspace tampering via unchecked resource ownership
Published Jun 1, 2026 · Updated Jun 1, 2026
Authorization bypass in Kiteworks Secure Data Forms before 9.3.0 allows remote authenticated users to alter other users' workspaces. Kiteworks has not disclosed the affected endpoint or handler; the request path fails to verify that the authenticated account owns the referenced resource. Any authenticated account can substitute another user's resource identifier and tamper with that user's workspace, while confidentiality and availability are unaffected.
