Protected-file disclosure via automatic session access grants

Incorrect authorization in Silverstripe Assets before 2.4.5 and 3.0.0-rc1 through 3.1.2 allows remote attackers to read protected images. DBFile::getURL() and DBFile::getSourceURL() add an access grant to the current session while rendering or generating image variants, overriding protected-file permissions. No account or user interaction is required; disclosure is limited to files reachable through the vulnerable DBFile handling.
