Arbitrary JavaScript execution via unescaped AcroForm names

PDF object injection in Parallax jsPDF 4.0.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript when a victim opens a generated PDF. AcroForm choice options and button appearance-state setters serialize leading-slash values as raw PDF Name objects instead of escaping delimiters. Exploitation requires an application to pass attacker-controlled values to an affected API and a victim to open the resulting PDF in a viewer that executes PDF JavaScript.
