CVE-2026-24716Network attack vector

Administrator-triggered denial of service via NULL dereference

Published Jun 10, 2026 · Updated Jun 10, 2026

NULL pointer dereference in affected QNAP QTS and QuTS hero releases allows remote authenticated users to interrupt NAS service. QNAP has not disclosed the affected component, request field, or invalid state that causes code to dereference the NULL pointer. Exploitation requires an administrator account over the network and results in denial of service; QNAP also reports sensitive-information disclosure as an additional consequence.
