Unauthenticated Telnet activation via magic packet

Hidden functionality in NETGEAR PR2000 firmware allows remote attackers to activate Telnet via a magic packet on the LAN interface. The undocumented TelnetEnable functionality processes a specially formed LAN-side packet and starts the Telnet service without an authorization check. An attacker must reach the device's LAN interface; activation changes its service state, while public records do not establish credential-free Telnet login.
