Persistent account access via unexpired session tokens

Insufficient session expiration in Greek Universities Network Open eClass before 4.2 allows remote authenticated users to retain account access. The password-change workflow leaves every existing PHPSESSID valid instead of terminating the account's active sessions or requiring reauthentication. Possession of a previously issued session token, including one stolen from another device, is required; the token preserves access indefinitely after the password changes.
