Grade modification via unprotected teacher endpoints

Cross-site request forgery in Open eClass before 4.2 allows attackers to modify assignment grades through an authenticated teacher's browser. The POST /modules/work/index.php grading endpoint accepts attacker-chosen grade parameters with the teacher's session cookies without validating request origin, intent, or a CSRF token. Exploitation requires a logged-in teacher to open an attacker-controlled page or link; the request executes with that teacher's privileges and can alter course data.
