Unauthenticated listing disclosure via unchecked preview request
Published Jan 23, 2026 · Updated Jan 23, 2026
Sensitive information exposure in AWP Classifieds 4.4.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to read listing data without authentication. The AWPCP_GenerateListingPreviewAjaxHandler ajax method accepts an ad_id at WordPress admin-ajax.php and renders the selected listing without a nonce or authorization check. Any network client that can reach the WordPress endpoint can retrieve rendered listing content, including user contact or configuration data, without changing records.
