Unauthenticated file disclosure via unchecked download filename
Published Jan 23, 2026 · Updated Jan 23, 2026
Missing authorization in MK-Scripts Download After Email 2.1.9 and earlier allows remote attackers to read files from WordPress uploads. The download handler accepts an exact filename and serves a matching file from the uploads or dae-uploads tree without verifying that it was published for download. Exploitation requires guessing a stored filename; rate limiting impedes enumeration, and files outside the uploads tree are not exposed.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
