Client crash via stale video-channel callback

Use-after-free in FreeRDP before 3.22.0 allows remote attackers operating an RDP server to crash connecting clients. video_control_on_close frees the channel callback without invalidating its stored pointer, so video_timer later dereferences it while sending a client notification. Exploitation requires a connection to an attacker-controlled RDP server; a client crash is demonstrated, while allocator state and heap layout govern code-execution risk.
