Heap disclosure via short PSD ZIP decompression

Out-of-bounds read in ImageMagick 7 before 7.1.2-15 and 6 before 6.9.13-40 allows remote attackers to disclose heap data via crafted PSD files. ReadPSDChannelZip allocates the pixels buffer without initialization; short ZIP output leaves bytes unwritten, and the PSD decoder copies those stale heap bytes into the output image. Exposure requires a crafted PSD to reach an ImageMagick workflow, and the consequence is limited to disclosure of process memory through the generated image.
