Stored XSS via unescaped suggested tags

Stored XSS in Shaarli before 0.16.0 allows attackers to execute script in an administrator's browser through an imported malicious tag. Suggested-tag templates interpolate tag names into HTML data-list attributes without escaping, so a leading quotation mark closes the attribute and permits arbitrary HTML. Exploitation requires an administrator to import a crafted Netscape bookmarks file and open a page that renders tag suggestions; injected script can act through that browser session or read exposed data.
