SYSTEM code execution via unquoted service paths

Unquoted service paths in affected OKI and OEM Windows utilities allow local users to execute arbitrary code with SYSTEM privileges. The utilities register Windows services without quoting executable paths, causing Windows to search ambiguous parent-path names when starting a privileged service. Exploitation requires write permission in the system-drive root and permits attacker-controlled code to run as SYSTEM.
