Unauthenticated code execution via crafted packet
Published Feb 3, 2026 · Updated Feb 3, 2026
Stack-based buffer overflow in ELECOM WAB-S300IW and WAB-S733IW access points allows remote attackers to execute code via a crafted packet. Published advisories do not identify the packet type, parsing routine, or unchecked operation that overruns the stack buffer. Network access to an affected device is sufficient; no credentials or user interaction are required, and successful exploitation grants arbitrary code execution.
