Path traversal in F5 BIG-IP iControl REST allows remote authenticated users with administrator privileges to delete files in Appliance mode. The endpoint is undisclosed, and F5 has not published the path-validation operation that permits traversal beyond its intended directory. Exploitation requires Appliance mode and administrator role privileges; the documented consequence is file deletion, not code execution.
