Heap disclosure via unchecked Range endpoint

Out-of-bounds read in libsoup on Red Hat Enterprise Linux allows remote attackers to disclose heap data through crafted HTTP Range headers. The handle_partial_get() path fails to reject a byte-range endpoint beyond the response body and constructs a partial response from memory outside that body. Reachability requires an application built with the embedded SoupServer component and exposed to untrusted HTTP clients; the reported consequence is heap-data disclosure only.
