Browser script execution via unescaped reflected input
Published Feb 3, 2026 · Updated Feb 3, 2026
Reflected XSS in Tenda AC7 firmware 03.03.03.01_cn and earlier allows remote attackers to run script in a victim's browser. The web management interface places user-controlled input into HTTP responses without context-appropriate escaping, leaving injected HTML and JavaScript executable. Exploitation requires victim interaction with attacker-supplied content that reaches the router interface; successful injection changes browser-rendered content or behavior rather than directly modifying router firmware.
