Local private-key disclosure via readable certificate directory

Incorrect default permissions in Icinga PowerShell Framework allow local users to read the host certificate's private key. On Windows, the certificate directory ACL grants every user read access to the stored private-key file instead of limiting access to administrators and the Icinga service account. Affected releases are before 1.11.2, 1.12.0 through 1.12.3, and 1.13.0 through 1.13.3; any low-privileged local account can copy the host key, while integrity and availability remain unaffected.
