Processing interruption via out-of-range operator signature
Published Jan 24, 2026 · Updated Jan 24, 2026
Undefined behavior in icSigCalcOp in iccDEV 2.3.1.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to interrupt processing via malformed ICC data. The parser loads an attacker-controlled 32-bit operator signature into the icSigCalcOp enum even when the value falls outside its declared range. User interaction is required to process the crafted profile; the demonstrated result is a UBSan failure and aborted round trip, while downstream memory corruption or code execution depends on the consuming native library.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
