Memory corruption via premature coordinate-count update

Heap-based buffer overflow in iccDEV before 2.3.1.2 allows remote attackers to corrupt memory via a crafted ICC profile. CIccTagXmlNamedColor2::ParseXml overwrites m_nDeviceCoords before SetSize handles the existing storage, so SetSize reads past the heap allocation. Processing malicious profile data is required; the published reproducer aborts under AddressSanitizer, while downstream impact extends to code execution.
