CVE-2026-24288

Physical code execution via heap buffer overflow

Published Mar 10, 2026 · Updated Mar 10, 2026

Heap-based buffer overflow in Windows Mobile Broadband on Windows 10 21H2 and 22H2 allows physically proximate attackers to execute code. Microsoft has not disclosed the affected driver routine, malformed broadband input, or incorrect heap operation that overruns the allocation. Exploitation requires a physical attack but no prior privileges or user interaction; successful execution compromises the affected device.
