Local command execution via shell-expanded datastore path

OS command injection in NVIDIA NeMo Framework 2.7.2 and earlier on Linux allows local users to execute commands with process privileges. The open_datastore_object_with_binary function in nemo/utils/data_utils.py passes an AIS datastore path through a shell command instead of a fixed argument list. A local low-privileged user must influence that path; execution can expose or alter data and inherit the NeMo process's privileges.
