CVE-2026-24228Network attack vector

Code execution via unvalidated checkpoint deserialization

Published Jun 16, 2026 · Updated Jun 16, 2026

Deserialization in checkpoint parsing in NVIDIA NeMo Framework 2.7.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute code via crafted checkpoints. The checkpoint parser fails to validate user-supplied serialized data before deserializing it in the current process. Exploitation requires a target to visit a malicious page or open a malicious file; resulting code runs with the current process's privileges and can read or alter accessible data.
