Local code execution via unsafe workflow deserialization

Improper deserialization in NVIDIA NVTabular through commit 5dd11f4 allows local users to execute code via a crafted saved workflow. Workflow.load reconstructs saved workflow functions through permitted cloudpickle helpers, allowing attacker-controlled serialized state to instantiate executable functions. A low-privileged local account that can supply and load a malicious workflow can execute code, alter or read data, or interrupt the process.
