Path traversal in NVIDIA BioNeMo Framework code before commit dfd83a7 allows remote attackers to execute code by loading a malicious file. NVIDIA has not published the affected function, pathname field, or path-handling operation; the cited commit instead removes unsafe pickle loading for a separate flaw. Exploitation requires a user to load the file and can also expose or alter data or interrupt the BioNeMo process.
