Code execution via pickled labels.npy loading

Deserialization in NVIDIA BioNeMo Framework before commit dfd83a7 allows local users to execute code by loading a malicious dataset. The RowFeatureIndex loader passes an untrusted labels.npy object array to NumPy load with allow_pickle enabled, invoking pickle deserialization. A user must load the crafted dataset; resulting code runs in that user context and can also disclose, alter, or interrupt accessible data and processes.
