Authenticated cross-namespace data tampering via PodGang references

Incorrect authorization in NVIDIA KAI Scheduler before 0.13.0 allows remote authenticated users to tamper with data across namespaces. PodGang processing accepts references to pods outside the PodGang namespace instead of enforcing namespace isolation. An account able to submit the relevant Kubernetes resources can manipulate pod associations across tenant namespaces; no confidentiality or availability impact is reported.
