File disclosure via directories.bin path traversal

Path traversal in pnpm before 10.28.2 allows context-dependent attackers to make arbitrary non-dotfiles world-readable during package installation. The getBinsFromPackageManifest function joins an untrusted directories.bin value to the package path without verifying that the result remains beneath the package root, then enumerates matching files and sets mode 755. Exploitation requires installation of a malicious package on Linux or macOS; Windows is unaffected, and the demonstrated consequence is unauthorized file disclosure rather than file-content modification.
